We do our utmost to describe products accurately and provide up-to-date information. Colors may vary slightly depending on the screen. Typographical or pricing errors and inaccuracies may occur; no rights may be derived from these.

3. Ordering and Payment

4. Processing and Delivery

       Processing time (dispatch): 1 to 3 business days.

       Shipping time after processing: 1 to 7 business days, depending on location.

       Shipments are sent directly from our supplier in China; customs fees may apply.

       The timeframes listed are approximate; delays due to high volume, holidays, or customs procedures do not entitle you to a cancellation or refund.

5. Returns and Cancellations

See our separate returns policy for all terms and conditions. Cancellations are not possible after an order has been placed, and a refund or chargeback cannot be initiated until the item has been received.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping if the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered to the specified address. Our liability is limited in all cases to a maximum of the purchase price of the item in question. Always check your address information carefully.

8. Complaints Procedure

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the judicial district where Ashford Madison is located, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
